fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. There are TV's in all bedrooms, and an entertainment center in the main lounge.

way and living room gives a real feeling of bright and ample living area, with patio doors overlooking the super size pool, and 11th fairway of the golf course.
The south west facing pool and extended deck area is bright and secluded, and enjoys views over the 11th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course. The
super size Pool has underwater lighting, and can be heated if required. The extended decking area is fully equipped with pool furniture.
There are 4 bedrooms, the master with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower. This bedroom overlooks the pool to the rear. There is a
Queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms upstairs.
A separate dining area leads through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with full size double door fridge/freezer, and ice maker. Oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher, and separate breakfast table. There is also a utility room with washer dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc. There is also a formal dining
area leading out to the pool area.
The patio doors lead out to the south west facing pool and deck area. A perfect place to relax and catch Florida's fine weather.
